Shamanism is an ancient spiritual practice found in tribal cultures around the world. At its core, it is a belief system centered on the connection between all things and the belief that everything has a spirit. Shamans are spiritual guides and healers who work with various energies and spirits, acting as a conduit connecting the spiritual realm to the physical world to help people navigate life's challenges, heal from various traumas, and achieve balance in all areas of life. Shamanic practices often include rituals, energy work, and journeys to different states of consciousness.

The title 'shaman' comes from the Tungus tribe, originally from Siberia in East Asia, where it was originally called 'saman.' The shaman plays a vital role in the tribe, being responsible for the health of community members, their cultural life, resolving disputes, and more.

Shamanic treatments can address a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual issues, including chronic pain, anxiety, depression, trauma, inflammation, and more. Shamanic healing can also support personal growth, self-discovery, and spiritual awakening, foster a connection with spiritual guidance, assist in the removal of curses and the evil eye, and provide purification for various spaces as well as the body itself.

The session consists of several parts—first, we perform a 'scan' and diagnosis, where I identify any blockages, imbalances in the client's body, energy field, or other issues that may arise. Then we begin with the cleansing and the healing process itself.

I integrate ancient shamanic practices that I learned from my teachers—Jacko Goldberg and Yitzhak Barry—along with other practices I received through my spiritual guidance during communication, while maintaining both soul and physical communication with the client, using frequency medicine with various musical instruments and sacred singing.

Shamanic medicine focuses on root healing, not just symptomatic treatment. Understanding that we are not only physical bodies but also energetic and emotional beings, it is essential to address all levels and find the exact source of the issue, whether the symptom is physical or emotional. When we identify the root of the problem and remove it from the equation, we stop the chain of events and create healing.

Since the treatment method is energetic in nature, in most cases, it is not necessary for the client to be physically present with me, except in cases where I wish to have an in-person meeting or if clients feel the need for it—of course, we can meet joyfully.

Please note that during various healing processes, there is a use of smoke medicines (incense plants and resins), spices, alcohol, and different herbs.

The duration of the session may vary depending on the individual's needs and the different processes and techniques used. A session typically lasts between one and a half to two hours, but longer sessions may be necessary for deeper healing work or for resting after a specific process.

So please take this into consideration and allow an extra hour after the treatment just to be safe.

The number of sessions varies individually from one client to another. Some people may experience significant changes after just one session, while others may benefit from ongoing treatment over a period of time. After the first session, once we understand what we’re facing and what requires attention, we can develop a treatment plan that best supports your healing journey.

In general, there is no age restriction for treatment, and it can be suitable for everyone. However, there are exceptions, and it is preferable to avoid treatment for certain groups: pregnant women and individuals dealing with active mental illness.

No prior experience in shamanism is required to benefit from shamanic treatment. I guide clients through the process and tailor the quality of the session to their individual needs and comfort level.

A shamanic journey is a practice rooted in ancient shamanic traditions, involving entering an altered state of consciousness to access spiritual guidance, receive messages, and facilitate healing. During a shamanic journey, the practitioner typically uses drumming at a steady rhythm to induce a trance-like state, allowing them to shift their awareness from ordinary reality to a different state of consciousness.

In this altered state, the practitioner may envision themselves traveling to other realms, such as the lower world (the realm of intuition and power animals), the middle world (the realm of everyday reality), or the upper world (the domain of higher spiritual beings and guides). They may encounter spiritual allies, power animals, ancestors, or other spiritual entities offering guidance, insights, or healing energy.

Shamanic journeys can serve various purposes, including seeking answers to questions, receiving guidance on life choices, retrieving lost soul fragments, connecting with spiritual guides, or performing healing work for themselves or others. Each journey is a unique and personal experience, often filled with symbols and metaphors that hold meaning for the practitioner on their journey.

Ultimately, a shamanic journey is a powerful tool for spiritual exploration, self-discovery, and healing, enabling practitioners to connect with the vast reservoir of intelligence, knowledge, and energy that exists beyond the boundaries of ordinary perception in reality.
