Shipments

• All products are sent to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering, to all distribution areas with the Israel Post Authority or with the authority of another delivery company in accordance with the decision of the business owner.

• Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's address and the distribution areas of the delivery company. The website owner undertakes to send the product within 7 business days from the moment of receipt of the order and confirmation of payment, unless otherwise specified.

• The website owner is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or any other external party.

• The customer must verify that the address provided is correct and accurate. In the case of a return shipment due to an incorrect address, the customer will be charged the additional shipping costs.

• If a product is received that is damaged or does not match the order, the customer is obliged to report it within 3 days of receiving the product, and the owner of the website will assist in finding an adequate solution, whether repair, replacement or monetary credit, depending on the case.
