Shipping & Delivery Policy

I make every effort to prepare and ship each order with care, attention, and secure packaging to ensure it arrives safely.

Domestic Shipping (Israel)
 

  • All orders within Israel are shipped via Israel Post.

  • Ready-made items are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing times for custom-made items vary depending on the nature of the artwork and will be agreed upon with the customer in advance.

  • If Express Shipping is selected, the estimated delivery time is up to 24 hours from the time the package is handed over to Israel Post.

  • Delivery times may vary due to holidays, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond my control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failure to collect the package, or any customer-related reason, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped, when tracking is available.

  • Shipments within Israel can be tracked through the Israel Post website here

International Shipping
 

  • All international orders are shipped exclusively via DHL Express.

  • Ready-made items are shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is approximately 3 business days from the date the package is handed over to DHL, depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and carrier operations.

  • Processing times for custom-made items will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

  • Import duties, customs fees, VAT, and other taxes that may apply in the destination country are not included in the purchase or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • A DHL tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

  •  You can track your shipment through the DHL website here
    If delays occur due to customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond my control, I will gladly assist in communicating with the shipping carrier whenever possible. However, I cannot guarantee delivery times in such situations.

Busy Periods
 

During holidays, seasonal peaks, or other unusually busy periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. If this occurs, I will notify you as soon as possible.​

Custom Orders
 

Custom-made and personalized items are created specifically for each customer and therefore cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects or an error on my part.​

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
 

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photographs along with a description of the issue.

Each request will be reviewed individually, and when appropriate, I will offer a repair, replacement, or another suitable solution.

Handmade Products & Care Instructions
 

Every item is handmade. Because I work with natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, gemstones, fibers, or other natural characteristics may occur. These unique variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

To help preserve your artwork, please follow these care recommendations:

  • Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, visiting the beach or pool, or participating in sports activities.

  • Whenever possible, avoid exposing jewelry to water, moisture, perfume, lotions, or household cleaning products. Some natural gemstones are sensitive to water, and certain metals may naturally oxidize or develop a patina over time.

  • Rattles, ceremonial sticks, mobiles, wooden pieces, and other handmade items created from natural materials should be kept away from water and prolonged humidity. Exposure to moisture may cause warping, cracking, mold, damage to finishes, or deterioration of natural materials.

  • Store your items in a dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity.
