Handmade Products
All products offered on the website are handmade, and each one is unique. Before shipping, a thorough inspection is conducted to ensure the product is in perfect condition and ready for use. If the customer receives a product with a minor defect, they are required to contact the website owner immediately to discuss repair options or other solutions. Returns or exchanges of handmade products will not be permitted unless there is a significant defect that cannot be repaired.
Treatments and Services
Customers can book treatments and services through the website, including shamanic treatments and other offerings. The cancellation policy is as follows:
a. Cancellation up to one week before the appointment – free of charge.
b. Cancellation between 7 days and 3 days before the appointment – a 20% cancellation fee will be charged.
c. Cancellation from 48 hours up to the appointment date – an 80% cancellation fee will be charged.
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Handmade Products
Since the products offered on the website are handmade and each is unique, returns or exchanges are not permitted, except in cases of significant defects that cannot be repaired. In such cases, the customer will be offered the option of either repair or a financial refund, at the sole discretion of the website owner.
The company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the product, including incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages—to the extent permitted by law. The customer assumes full responsibility, risk, and liability for any loss, damage, or injury to themselves and/or their property and/or third parties' property or bodies resulting from the use or non-use of the product, except in cases where it has been determined that the damage was caused by the company's sole negligence.
Copyright
All proprietary and intellectual property rights in the products offered for sale on the website, including their designs, the images displayed on the website, and any related materials, are exclusively reserved for the website owner. Copying, distributing, marketing, or any other use of the products without prior written consent from the website owner constitutes a violation of copyright in accordance with the Copyright Law, 2007. Any person who violates this provision will be subject to legal action for copyright infringement.
Shipping
a. All products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
b. Shipping times may vary depending on the customer's location and the delivery areas of the shipping company. The website owner commits to dispatching the product within 7 business days from receipt of the order and payment confirmation unless otherwise stated.
c. The website owner is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or any other external factor.
d. The customer must ensure that the provided address is accurate and correct. In cases where a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be charged for the additional shipping costs.
e. If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must report it within 3 days of receipt, and the website owner will assist in finding an appropriate solution, whether by repair, replacement, or financial refund, depending on the circumstances.
Payment Methods

Refunds and Cancellations for Payments
For handmade products, refunds will only be issued in the case of a significant defect that cannot be repaired. Any refund or compensation will be processed back through the original payment method.
For services and treatments, cancellations and refunds will follow the site's cancellation policy. If a refund is applicable, it will be issued through the same payment platform used at the time of booking.
In cases where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed by your credit card company, and the refund timeline may vary according to their regulations and processing times.
